Our Executive Management Team
The Executive Management Committee—consisting of the Chief Hospital Administrator, Medical Chief of Staff Principal Nursing Officer and Financial Controller - is charged with the responsibility of strategic planning, managing and coordinating the hospital’s services.
This group is supported by a team of Administrative Officers that are responsible for the general administration of the services, namely: Allied Health, Inpatient Services, Outpatient Services, Support Services and Domestic Services. Administrative responsibilities are executed in collaboration with the Senior Medical and Nursing Representatives.
Overall responsibility for the facility is vested in the Public Hospitals Authority Corporate Management Team.
Ms. Mary Walker
To plan, direct, co-ordinate and manage the efficient and effective delivery of health/medical and administrative support services at PMH within the prevailing legal and statutory framework
Dr. Caroliine Burnett Garraway
Responsible for the effective organization and implementation of the medical services in the hospital.
Mrs. Valerie Miller
Overall responsibility for the management of the nursing service in the institution; plans, organizes, staffs, directs and evaluates the activities to ensure quality nursing care; coordinated the development and maintenance of a Quality Assurance Program.
Mr. Allington Hunter
Responsible for the development and maintenance of the financial management system of PMH.
Ms. Sonia Bastian Rose
Responsible for Patient Care Services, assist in the daily operational functions of the hospital, participates in strategic planning and provides leadership, mentoring and coaching to Administrative Officers and Heads of Departments.
Ms. Jessica Cartwright
Responsible for Support Services, assist in the daily operational functions of the hospital, participates in strategic planning and provides leadership, mentoring and coaching to Administrative Officers and Heads of Departments.

Implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention
