Lets Take A Closer Look At Our New Patient Relations Coordinator
Mrs. Kayla Roberts-Ingraham- Patient Relations Coordinator, PMH
“Woman of action”, “heart of gold”, “helper to all” are just some of the phrases that can be used to describe this dynamic woman of God – Mrs. Kayla Roberts-Ingraham.
Mrs. Ingraham ‘s career at Princess Margaret Hospital began in May 1986. She started out as an Auxillary Nurse in the Main Operating Theatre where she remained for many years. During her tenure in Theatre she went onto future her education. She obtained an Associate’s Degree in Social Work. After obtaining this degree she was transferred to the Patient Relations Department in January 2003.
Always on a quest to want more Mrs. Ingraham again returned to college and obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Counseling thus equipping her for her present position. Mrs. Ingraham was most recently promoted to the position of Patient Relations Coordinator. Mrs. Ingraham can be seen walking the halls rendering assistance wherever needed.
Mrs. Ingraham is married to Mr. Kenneth Ingraham and is the mother of two beautiful girls Kendia and Kendesha. This God fearing woman is a member of Bethel Baptist Church. She is also an active member of the Bahamas Mother’s Club. Her hobbies include gardening and traveling.
One of Mrs. Ingraham’s favorite saying is “What you sow, you will reap”.
