Dialysis (In and Out-Patient Services)
A well-trained staff is present to acquaint you with the facility and its policies, as well as with the treatments available for renal failure. Your questions and concerns are very important to us, and we want you to feel free to discuss any problems that you may have. Your work needs and the unit’s schedule will determine when you are booked for your dialysis treatment. We will make every effort to arrange your dialysis schedule to fit your individual needs. If the time scheduled becomes unsatisfactory, we will attempt to make changes as space becomes available. Should a “one time only” change become necessary in a special situation, we will attempt to arrange a trade for you. If you need to change your appointment time, a request should be made to the nurse in charge at least one week in advance, and every effort will be made to make it possible.
We are an outpatient service that is open six (6) days a week from Monday to Saturday. Four shifts of patients receive dialysis from 4:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Nursing on call services are available twenty-four (24) hrs a day, seven (7) days a week
